Resource Centres
Our resource centres have a lot of resources on careers and occupations, the local labour market, training opportunities, apprenticeships, job search strategies and starting a business. The centre is open to the public and includes free services such as faxing, photocopying, printing, and Internet access.
One-to-One Assistance
Need that little bit of extra support? Eligible individuals can register for one of our many employment programs and access the individualized support of an employment counsellor.
Group Workshops
Network with other job seekers and learn more about resumes, cover letters, interview skills, job search strategies, and career options in an interactive environment.
Career Planning
Looking to make a career change but unsure of what you want to do? Our experienced employment counsellors can help you identify your interests, values, skills, and temperament and link those to career options.
Education & Training Options
Thinking of returning to school or upgrading your skills? We can help you explore your options and learn more about available government funding programs.
Work Experience Opportunities
We have programs with simulated work environments that combine practical work experience with an assisted job search.

Through various work opportunities, we can help you connect to employers in the community that are looking to hire. With wage subsidies available, we can help get your foot in the door and sustain a job.
